1 Timothy 2:8-10

⁸ Therefore, I desire that the men pray everywhere, lifting up pure hands without wrath or doubting;

⁹ also that the women clothe themselves in appropriate apparel, with discretion and modesty (not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly garments,

¹⁰ but as becomes women who profess the fear of God with good works).
